Your furniture is shipped exactly as it leaves the factory, in fully sealed packaging. Therefore, please take the following precautions upon delivery:

1. Check that the packaging is in perfect condition.
2. Carefully verify the number of packages listed on the invoice.
3. Check the contents of the box and ensure the model, color, and size match your order.

If you notice any discrepancies, refuse the delivery, note the reason on the back of the invoice, and contact the store where you made the purchase.

If your product shows signs of damage upon delivery, don't worry—we'll take care of it.
This type of problem can occur during shipping. We recommend accepting delivery and noting the damage on the back of the invoice. Then, contact the store where you purchased the product. We'll send you the replacement part(s) as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer furniture assembly services.

Since we deliver to over 5,000 cities in Brazil and more than 25 countries, it is not feasible to maintain assembly professionals in every location. The best way to find an assembler is to contact the store where you made your purchase.

Many customers assemble our furniture using the manual included in the box and videos available on our YouTube channel. However, if you have no experience with furniture assembly, we recommend hiring a professional.

All our products come with an assembly manual, detailing step-by-step how to assemble them.
When you receive your furniture, the assembly instructions will be in the box. We also have some assembly support videos on our YouTube channel (youtube.com/BertoliniMóveisdeAço).

First, check with the store where you purchased the furniture to see if the required spare part is available. If not, the store will request it from Bertolini.

If the item is discontinued, please email [email protected] with the model or a photo of the furniture. Our team will inform you whether the part is in stock.

Unfortunately, we do not process replacement parts directly. When you request service, we will order the part from our supplier. Rest assured, our suppliers prioritize these requests.

More than 95% of service needs are caused during product transportation, resulting in damage, dented, or scratched parts. Other service needs are due to missing screws and parts inside the product box.

You can request assistance if you identify missing parts, damage, or a manufacturing defect during assembly within 30 days of receiving the product. The fulfillment time varies from 15 to 25 business days depending on the part requested and the delivery location.

No, we will cover all expenses for the part and shipping.
